Our annual meeting is the largest gathering of perfusionists in the UK and is a forum for sharing of novel research, lively debate of current perfusion concepts and the opportunity to catch up with colleagues and friends in the profession and related industry. Our event schedule provides a great learning experience and ensures our esteemed sponsors get maximum exposure to our incoming delegates in our exhibition hall. Ethical MedTech conference vetting system (CVS) has now been confirmed for our 2024 SCPS AGM. The CVS is a centralised decision-making system that encourages transparency and consistency in medical education events. Updates coming soon.
Attendees attending our 2024 AGM will receive 8 CPE points accredited by the College Of Clinical Perfusion Scientists Of Great Britain And Ireland (CCPS). Speakers receive an additional 5 CPE points.

The website has shown as a highlighted search result by Google several times. Over 9000+ visitors from the UK visited our website last year alone.
Our event budget is used ethically and appropriately to ensure all attendees receive the best possible value. The pie-chart below provides a ‘birds-eye’ view of our congress event expenses.

To serve our sponsors and event attendees better, we have moved our sponsors' promo page with links to bespoke pages and promo cards to a separate page. You can view our current 2022 sponsors here. It is worth reiterating that for 2023 the bespoke pages will only be available for Platinum and Gold sponsors.

Platinum and Gold sponsors will be invited to a 15 minutes Zoom video recording of relevant products/services. We will set up recording sessions for this purpose. Submitted speaker photos will be photoshopped for a professional look (guidance is available on our dedicated page below). Video posters, templates, and various artworks will be available to be showcased both in our members' area and the bespoke sponsor pages. Post-editing video time will be 2-3 weeks after our 2024 event.

Event sponsors will have their company logos printed on our roller banners located in prominent areas during the event. As the printing of the banners will be done by 01 October 2024, we encourage sponsors to finalise arrangements in good time.
